PORTFOLIO
PORTRAITS
Since 2018 Henrik Brahe has been working with the old photographic technique known as Ambrotype/Tintype, which originated in the 1850s. Also called Wetplate due to the very short exposure time.
Some of the portraits are made at his home and studio in Portugal where he lives and work.
Others are made during travels and work, where the focus is the local worker who participate
in the archaeological excavations.
It is possible to have your portrait taken with this fantastic old analogue technique.
